All'interno dell'area operativa (Traffico) ti occuperai di svolgere attività connesse alla gestione dei flussi delle spedizioni:

• relazione con i clienti
• gestione ed inserimento ordini
• contatti con i trasportatori
• compilazione CMR
• supporto alla bollettazione

Main Activities

Within the Customer Service area, you will be responsible for customer service and document management:

- customer relations
- pallet document management
- verification of signed transport documents and closing of distribution rounds
- liaison with regional distributors

Main Activities

In the Traffic Office of the Operations Department, you will be responsible for managing trucks and their operational planning for Groupage and FTL traffic:

• Relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure the proper execution of activities
• Planning and managing Groupage and FTL shipments, respecting timelines and service quality
• Identification and coordination of suitable carriers to meet customer needs, with attention to costs and service reliability
• Monitoring of shipments and logistics flows, with timely interventions to resolve any operational issues
• System-based management (TMS) of information and documentation
• Optimization of transport costs to support the company's profitability target

 

Required Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
